| Good news and bad news... |

Okay, so I will give you the good news first. Well, in about 5 weeks I will be done with school forever and I will be getting an associate's degree in business in February!! Soooooo, the next five weeks will be crucial and I would like to focus on my school work...which brings me to the bad news! I'm closing the site! You have probably noticed a decrease in the member count (no worries, I only deleted members who never participated in the site).
Anyway, you also may have noticed that the minimum payout has dropped to $1.01. I am only making payments via paypal or money order (money order fee of $.45 for postage). You can request payout if you'd like but, mind you, the payment policy will remain the same (or when the funds are available). Hopefully the payments will not take more than 30 days. If you currently have a balance on your account and a pending payment request, I've denied your payment request for the reason that I want to pay your complete balance in full.
Umm, payment requests will be accepted until mid October. The site will probably be offline in late October. If you have any questions, you can still send a trouble ticket or email me at holla4dollas@gmail.com.

Okay, the forum is like....totally inactive and not getting any bigger. Even I never feel like signing in. Guess we all have better things to do!
Sooooooo, what I am going to do is add a payment proof link on the front page. People like to know if a site is paying or not, so I figured I'd show them. In the future, when you are paid, please send a link of the payment proof image via support ticket! If you have been paid in the past, I would appreciate the image ASAP so I can add it to the payment proof page. All payment proof submits will be awarded $.25!

Hey,
Just want to remind everyone to please clear your cookies often, preferrably before and after each offer. I've denied many offers in past few days because they were not crediting. Also, once you have completed an offer, it is recommended that you leave the page open for about 30 seconds. That can help get you credited; however not guaranteed. Anyways, that's all :-) |

Whooo! Okay, so I deleted over 50 members today due to inactivity. If you notice that some of your referrals are missing, it is because of that reason. To new members and existing members, please be aware that accounts are deleted if inactive for 28 days or more.
As of today, H4D will grant all members 5 free referrals to start. After you get 5 referrals from H4D, you are on your own! If you haven't gotten any referrals, please send a support ticket and I will place you on the blank referrals list. All active and loyal members will continue to receive unlimited referrals. Any referrals you receive from H4D that are not active or have not earned, submit a support ticket and I will remove that referral and replace with another.

This is a reminder that the new changes go into effect today. The minimum cashout is now $6. Please only request payout between the 27th and 31st of every month. Any cashouts requested outside of those dates will be denied. |

Effective 21 July, the following changes will be made:
Payment terms – you will paid on the schedule that I am paid by the networks. Instead of being paid within 30 days of cashing out, you will be paid on a net 30-35 basis. For example, if you earn $25 in July, you will be paid around the first week in September or possibly the last week in August. It will depend on when funds are received from the network.
Cashout terms – because of the new payment terms, the cashout minimum will decrease to $6. However, you are only allowed to request payment between the 27th and 31st of every month.
No worries, if you have a pending payment, you will be paid soon.
Please send all questions and concerns in the form of a support ticket.

Effective 1 June 2008, cashout will increase to $15. Referral incentives will increase to $.50. Referral incentives will continue to be manually credited upon your referral's first completed
cash offer(s) of $.50 or more. Receive a $2 bonus when your referrals cash out and $1 when you cash out. Your $1 cashout bonus will not be included when you are ready to cash out; it will be part of your next account balance. For example, if you have a balance of $13 and cash out at $13, you will be paid $13, and your balance will be $1. Send a support ticket with any questions/suggestions you may have.
